Founded by Dr Philip Haggo, our award-winning general practice continues to provide trusted, community-focused healthcare for patients in West Harbour, Hobsonville, Massey, Te Atatū, Westgate, Royal Heights, Whenuapai, Swanson, and Kumeū. Our team of experienced family doctors and nurses offers a wide range of services, including same-day GP appointments, childhood immunisations, flu vaccines, skin checks and minor surgery, sexual health, sports injury care, adult vaccinations, health check-ups, and ACC consultations. We are proud to announce that we are now a Foundation accredited practice.The Foundation programme represents a collection of legislative, regulatory and clinical requirements for all general practices in Aotearoa New Zealand. It represents a nationally consistent benchmark by which a practice can measure its current quality of care and progress toward health equity outcomes.
WHMC is a low-cost access practice, which means our charges are kept highly affordable. We take pride in maintaining high standard of health care. We have advanced equipment in clinic, with clean comfortable premises and plentiful free onsite, as well as off street, car parking.

NEWS AND CLINIC UPDATES
- GP VACANCY: We are currently looking for a GP to join our team to start the After Hours clinic (5-7:30pm) and Weekend clinic ( Saturday/Sunday). If you feel you are the right person, please send your CV to our director at admin@whmc.co.nz
- NEW ENROLMENTS WELCOME: We are still open for new enrolments, though this may change soon and we would need to close our books. If any of your friends or family members have not filled it out yet, please ask them to do so as soon as possible.
- NEW GP- DR IVAN LAU: We welcome our new GP, Dr Ivan Lau, who comes with an immense background in GP practice and is comfortable speaking Chinese -Mandarin & Cantonese, and English. He will be valuable member of our expanding clinic.

IMPORTANT COVID19 NOTICES
If you have any sinus, cold or flu symptoms such as fever, shortness of breath, cough, loss of smell or a sore throat, please call and advise reception by phone before walking in to the clinic. You are encouraged to do a RAT test for covid before coming and please bring a mask to wear.

You should always seek immediate medical help if you have any of the following signs: difficult or painful breathing; severe chest pain; severe shaking, rigors; bluish lips or tongue; coughing up blood; stiff neck; rash with purple or red spots or bruises; clammy skin; confusion or difficult to wake; not urinating or dark coloured pee; OR feeling faint or passing out (fainting).

From scheduling appointments online at your convenience to checking Lab results and requesting prescription refills, our portal puts your wellness at your fingertips—all from the comfort of your home. When you next visit our clinic, please ask our receptionist to assist you in activating this portal. Each portal account needs to have an individual email address.
